OTGRND is building a government contracting practice around two complementary roles: performing work that fits our direct technical capabilities, and assembling qualified suppliers or service providers when a requirement calls for specialized trade, field, or commercial expertise.
Our role may include requirement review, sourcing, subcontractor coordination, documentation, schedule tracking, quality oversight, and communication with the government or prime contractor. The goal is not to claim every capability in-house. It is to build a credible team, define responsibilities clearly, and remain accountable for performance.

Local Service Teaming
Structured teaming with qualified local contractors for field services, maintenance, site work, specialty trades, and other requirements where proven hands-on capability is essential.
Supplier & Procurement Support
Product sourcing, quote development, manufacturer and distributor outreach, delivery coordination, documentation, and compliant fulfillment for suitable commercial-item requirements.
OTGRND's role

For teamed work, OTGRND serves as the contracting and coordination layer while the qualified provider performs the specialized field or trade work assigned to it. Responsibilities, pricing, insurance, licensing, schedule, quality expectations, and reporting are established before proposal submission.
